Essential Forms for the International School of Central Switzerland

Admission Forms:

The following forms correspond to the admissions process outlined on the admissions button.

1	You Review	Financial regulations agreement.
2	You Apply	Student application form required for each child you wish to enrol.
3	We Review	Upon our receipt of the completed application form (per child) and the application fee (per child) we will review your request to ascertain whether we can meet each child's educational needs.
4	We provisionally offer school places	We will send you a written provisional offer for a place/s in our school.
5	You fully Register	Student health forms required for each child you wish to enrol. Financial regulations agreement.
6	We Confirm	Upon receipt of your completed registration we will confirm in writing a place/s for your child/ren.
